Privacy, Payments, & Policies

Privacy Statement: The address entered must be the credit card billing address to receive "Address Verification" credit card approval to complete your reservation. The mailing address is for "Address Verification" only, and will only be used to send you a confirmation of your reservation. The information in our system is completely confidential and this information will never be released to any outside service or business. We respect your privacy and will not use any personal or private information for any purposes that you have not consented to.

Payments: Full payment is required to book a reservation. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total price of the reservation, including all applicable taxes. We use a Secure Socket Layer to protect the personal information that is requested. Note that the address you enter must be the billing address of the credit card. All payments are processed by Las Vegas Accommodations, Unlimited.

Check-In Policies: All rooms must have at least one adult, 21 years of age or older, in order to check in. Furthermore, Nevada law stipulates that no one under the age of 21 years of age will be allowed to visit in or around the casino areas. All guest will be required to present photo identification upon check-in.

Restrictions: Weekend Stays. Due to our relationship with the hotels we cannot sell a one night stay on Friday or Saturday on the Internet. One night stays can be made using the toll free number listed on the previous web page (subject to availability).  Arrivals on Saturday might also be restricted at certain hotels in certain locations.

All Cancellations or Revisions must be made through our Customer Service at 1-800-445-1685.

Cancellations or Revisions received via email will not be accepted.

Holidays: During the year we consider the following holidays to be restricted to a three (3) night minimum stay - Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, & New Years.

Special Events: During the year special events or city wide events may be subject to a three (3) night stay. Hotels may decline certain dates of arrival during these time periods without prior notice.

Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions: All Cancellations or Revisions must be made through our Customer Service Dept. by calling or faxing the numbers above. Please note that cancellations or revisions received via e-mail cannot be accepted.

All cancellations after card is processed are subject to $30.00 and a 5% handing fee per room. Cancellations within three (3) days of arrival are subject to $30.00 and a 5% handing fee and the first night room charge due to the hotel, per room. During special events, such as New Years Eve, cancellations within (14) days of the arrival are nonrefundable. No-Show's at the hotel are subject to the $30.00 handing fee and the first night room charge, due to the hotel. The hotel will automatically cancel all additional nights in the event of a no-show, unless prior arrangements are made with our Customer Service Department. Revisions in any existing reservations are subject to a $30.00 handing fee per room.

Special Request Disclaimer: Special requests such as bedding type, smoking preference, or rooms with a view may be requested at time of check-in. We have omitted these requests from our booking process, as hotels are not able to guarantee them. If you have special needs please inform the hotel clerk at time of check-in.

Relocation/Disclaimer: We do not anticipate being oversold and will use its best efforts to avoid any inconvenience to our customers. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we will relocate a customer to a property of comparable or better accommodations, if such accommodations are available, at no additional charge to customer, and without liability for such relocation.

We operate as a reservation service, and are not the hotel, thus cannot accept any liability for incidents occurring at the property. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, transportation cancellations, or other events beyond our control.
